Consistency on perspective on insights page

The insights page is currently a mix of 1st and 3rd person's perspective.

@morchickit Please make that consistent, by either updating Uruguay or the other countries.
I don't have a strong preference which option you pick - 3rd person is generally what I expect, but on the other hand the Uruguay section read well nice too.
Another option would be to turn the Uruguay section into an explicit quote.
