BoM and/or build guide?

This design in awesome! Thanks! By any chance do you have a bill of materials for the components that you used? It looks like you used some different components from the original design (yours looks easier). Those look like regular old dupont jumpers to me rather than the metal pieces the OG designer used. A build guide would be awesome too, but I understand that that takes a decent amount of time.
