CZI single channel image is read as RGB

The sample czi image described at #4102 shows there that the image is being read as RGB = true, and we get RGB images when converted with bioformats2raw or when imported into OMERO.

But as discussed at https://forum.image.sc/t/zoom-from-overview-to-detailed-scan-for-imported-czi-files/85002/30, this is really a single-channel image.
