The 01.basics chapter.md file appears to be a duplicate of the main README.md file and is a placeholder. Presumably this should be formatted in the same way as the chapter.md files under the other sections.

(Note: I'm preparing a PR to make some corrections and want to verify I'm understanding the state of these docs correctly.)
