Can I use this app on Windows 7?

I haven't tested it but it should work fine because it doesn't use any Windows 10 specific libraries.
You can test it by running latest release: https://github.com/omeryanar/FileExplorer/releases/latest/download/FileExplorer.zip
(.NET Framework 4.8 is required.)
I would be glad if you share your results.
