The bug occurs like in picture. Every time I switch to any window of FE, a new preview of FE's-Options is added to the Alt-Tab carousel. These previews persist after closing all FE's windows and processes (the previews become picture-less, but are not deleted).
Restarting Explorer.exe resets/redraws the Alt-Tab carousel.

I haven't been able to reproduce this issue yet. I think it is related to Win11. I'll check it out when I have a chance to debug on Win11.
