The Omnivore plugin is no longer syncing. Everytime it tries to sync I get a message saying “Omnivore is already syncing”

Probably somewhat related yo #182 as I have the same error message after manually enabling the add-on

Quite likely. I've already reported it through the Discord community channel, too.
