Problems controlling certain devices

We have a problem with controlling some devices over a wired LAN with CTRL-for-ipad.

Brief summary:

CTRL for iPad V2.4.0
iPadOS 17.6
iPad 10th generation
Aruba 1930 network switch
POE injector for ipad power supply

Devices which can be controlled:

LG UN64 screens (with TCP)
Symetrix Jupiter 8 audio processor (with UDP)
Art-Net LED strips (with MIDI)

Devices which can’t be controlled:

LG VL5F screens (with TCP)
Global Cache network to serial adapter (with TCP)

Is this something that you can help us with?

We will be carrying out a more detailed test of the commands from CTRL-for-ipad sent over the LAN next week.
