Per mockups and notes in Figma, create the 'Social Media' page for the new Thematic Censorship findings pages.

Page will contain:

  • table of contents
  • reports
  • findings
  • charts for specific domains (to be specified)

The social media page will also contains links to KeepitOn so people can learn about advocacy efforts for fighting social media blocks

I've added theme-social_media and theme-im tags to all (relevant) OONI reports: ooni/ooni.org#1609
