"CIRA: Failed to add trusted root certificate" when LMS installed on Linux

OS: Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS
LMS installed via snap

When lms is installed, and activating a device with a CIRA profile with ACM remotely, i get the following status upon activation:

If i remove LMS, then activation proceeds normally and without issue.

I have not established if this applies to Windows as well.

FWIW, using LMS from https://github.com/rgl/lms-binaries works here. I do not use the snap.
