Once the Red Hat UBI10-minimal images are release the Exchange container must use them.

@naphelps any thoughts on switching to UBI-micro instead of minimal? I created in issue in Anax to track updating to the latest ubi9 and also investigate ubi-micro as well. open-horizon/anax#4227
