All,
I want to open a discussion on the kinds of resources to list in the Guide for Interpreting the Results for the Open Leadership Assessment.

Background
The Guide outlines how to interpret scores of the assessments using three levels

  • 35-50 points - "experienced"
  • 20-34 points - "some experience"
  • under 20 points - "starting and growing experience".

However, the Guide needs to list resources that will help leaders learn and reach new levels of experience. We are asking for your help to create this list.

Request for suggestions -- by Thurs Oct 13, 2022
What resources do you find valuable for learning the different principles at each experience level?
For instance, if a leader was "starting and growing their experience" and wanted resources on Transparency, can you suggest one?

Please share any that you have found valuable. We will definitely link to some that are Open Organization resources but are interested in finding any resource that help our users. :)

Next steps
Once we have some suggestions, we will discuss and submit an addended Guide for review.
