Describe the bug

Notice when i hover on one chart, it reflects on the rest of the other charts even though the cursor is not actively on them. Not entirely sure if this is intended or an over site. cc @nickytonline

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to explore page
  2. Click on one of the trending repos
  3. Hover on any of the chart in the activity/engagement section below, and notice the behaviour
