New Blog Post: OpenTelemetry Is expanding into CI/CD observability - Repost from cncf.io/blogs

This is a post by SIG CI/CD Observability, which was posted on cncf.io towards KubeCon NA '24.
The SIG leads are signed on it and got SIG endorsement per the SIG call along with Dan Blanco from the GC.
The CNCF blog post gained massive traction and interest.
It would be great to repost it on OpenTelemetry blog to increase exposure to the new SIG, its mission and recent approved OTEPs and milestones:
