Automated change logs in the release page

It would be awesome if this repo could show change logs, like the one here: https://github.com/open-webui/open-webui/releases/tag/v0.5.10.

Is there a GitHub Action that can generate change logs like this?

I’ve seen other projects using actions to create some cool, automated change logs, like the one in GitHub docs, but I’m not too familiar with the GitHub Actions catalog.
