Responding to comment 0004-030, which stated:

Section C.4 states that log file shall include a JSON object that identifies if the ruleset checking tool encountered an error. This should be defined in the Ruleset Checking Tool Evaluation Report Schema and not left up to the Ruleset Checking Tool author to create. Otherwise it could lead to multiple different ways of logging when errors occurred all that would need to be handled by people reviewing the report.

This was discussed during the June 7 working group call, suggesting adding an ERROR data object. Question if we need a log file at all.
