os-release is a link so that file is missing #12

The os-release file is being collected as a link:

$ ls -l obmcdump_1_1595866259/os-release                                                                                                                          1 ↵ 
lrwxr-xr-x  1 adriana  staff  21 Jul 27 11:11 os-release -> ../usr/lib/os-release

The os-release is a link on the BMC:

root@rainier-emmc:~# ls -l /etc/os-release
lrwxrwxrwx    1 root     root            21 Jul 27 15:27 /etc/os-release -> ../usr/lib/os-release

The dump collector likely needs to follow the link to store the information instead of storing it as a link.
