Journal pretty log not generating, missing log contents and there is no limit for the dump creation

Issue:
when user generate a task for type "user Requested".

• Journal pretty log is creating only the first two times of the task, for more than two dumps journal pretty logs not generating.
• In the present code there is no maximum limit for the dump creation, user doesn't know the size of the folder whether it is full or not. It will generate the dump folder until the memory full in bmc. If the memory full, how the user will know the task is not generated due to not enough memory?

Files with zero contents
When I generate type as user requested logs below the files with zero content.

• alt-fw-printenv.log
• inventory.log

Pls let me know any solution for the above issues.
