The current CI-run (not a 'clean run' but using versioning) has uncovered some issues with the versioning:

the mv grid ids are used as a foreign key, so we need to drop the table using "DROP CASCADE"
all buses have to be deleted from the etrago bus table before the results from osmtgmod are inserted
