Mildly annoying: Tooltip blocking "Add more photos" for a few seconds in product addition

Or: what would you prefer, instead of a tooltip?

I need to think a little bit about it. for the time being I was just reporting.
It could be at the top or we could bring those inline, or potentially something else.

After discussing with @teolemon, we've decided that the popup explaining images are being uploaded is no longer necessary.
We have the cloud illustration, that is clear enough for users.

So the message will only be displayed for other edits.

Yes.
Product creation -> we want the button to be immediately green (less confusing)
Product edition -> cloud icon
