Synchronise gpkg outside Qgis

Hi everyone,
For an offline application used daily on the field, I was hoping someone would have create and could share python tools to synchronise the Postgres data of the gpkg without having to open Qgis, and ideally another to actualise the gpkg before pushing it back into the tablets.
I tought starting from 'synchronize_dialog.py' and 'package_dialog.py', but my python skills are quite limited.
