Offline session support

Is your feature request related to a problem you're having? Please describe.
We want to switch to offline sessions and to distinguish the web sessions from app sessions.

Describe the solution you'd like
We would need the scope and revocation endpoint added to the framework.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Alternatively we can use raw strings and use the issue URL and add the revoke path to the URL. We would like to use the frameworks properties properly.
