Can't use string ("configassistant=1") as a HASH ref while "strict refs" in use #1

Getting this error after installing ConfigAssistant and after the database upgrade.

"Can't use string ("configassistant=1") as a HASH ref while "strict refs" in use"

MTOS 4.23 and MTOS 4.34 on CentOS. MySQL 5.0.45 database.
