Wiki (end-user documentation)
Github issues (in every repositories)
Github discussions (every repositories)
ADR's
LF energy Confluence
Readme.md (in every repository)
Youtube tutorials

Acceptance critria:
Proposal: Where to locate what
Disable unwanted documentation locations
