Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I have a bike rental service with an app and I need to show to end users the battery status of the bikes they are renting.

In the GBFS v2.3 it has been added current_fuel_percent in free_bike_status.json, i think it would be useful to add it to OTP.

Describe the solution you'd like
I need it to be exposed through the gtfs graphql schema.

I would like to implement it myself
