Hi bpetraus (Bernd?),

Thanks for sharing the OpenProject Excel makro. I'm using Excel macros quite often. A while ago I investigated how functions can be executed via the Excel AddIn menue. I think this method could improve the usability of you tool quite a bit (No need to remember Ctrl-B). The beauty is that the AddIn menue disappears when you close the file.

Instead of pulling and forking your stuff I just attached an example to this issue. It shows two different styles of AddIn menues (dead simple and a little more complex). I leave it up to you if you use it or ignore it.

Have fun

Jörg

Hi Jörg (@jokubokla )

I like the idea and will keep it in mind. Unfortunately I haven't much time right now. So don't expect anything soon. Sorry.

But feel free to implement it by yourself. I would test it and merge it right here afterwards. So no need for forking. (in this case)

Best

Bernd
