Incorporate worked examples in the learning experience (Web/Android)

Describe the request
Implementation of worked examples based on learner-user journeys since the worked examples give learners the option to observe the step-by-step solution process for problems. It also helps learners to understand lesson concepts better.

Context for the request
When learners cannot find enough information on how to solve a problem from the replies they get (while playing Oppia lessons), they look for assistance (given in the form of a concept card or hint). The learners' need this assistance had been identified through a user research.
