Idea: Create a Twitter Bot to message authors of offensive tweets

Goal

Create a bot that messages the authors of tweets we classify as misogynist.
It should tell them nicely that what they wrote was possibly hurtful to others and that they should consider changing their tone.

This idea needs a lot of refinement, e.g. how does the bot get notifications about "bad tweets"?
What could it say? etc.
