fix(HikariCP:6.0.0): resolve test failures

What does this PR do?

• Added GraalVM native agent configuration with conditional mode
• Included user-code-filter.json
• Updated reflect-config.json to include HikariConfig#getCredentials and HikariConfig#getExceptionOverride
• Regenerated GraalVM metadata
