Updated to latest release: 3.51.7

Using packaged client on Oracle Cloud subscription on Oracle Linux 9.

Following syntax listed here:

https://docs.oracle.com/en-us/iaas/tools/oci-cli/3.51.7/oci_cli_docs/cmdref/identity-domains/notification-settings/list.html

Copy/past command to retrieve notification settings of selected domain with following command:

oci identity-domains notification-settings list --endpoint my-domain-url-here

Receive following error:

AttributeError: 'IdentityDomainsClient' object has no attribute 'list_notification_settings'

Command is literally copied/pasted from command reference, only adding --endpoint parameter (as required).
