DefectDojo supports export vulnerabilities in csv format. And, Cervantes supports import vulnerabilities in csv format. However, it seems like the format of the csv in Cervantes does not match to the csv format exported from DefectDojo.
DefectDojo supports a lot more scanner result parsers, and as a consequence, usually it contains much more findings inside it. I think the feature when pentest teams can move findings from DefectDojo to Cervantes and having those findings in Cervantes might increase Cervantes usage and improve end user experience.
