Enhanced Mushrooms technically already works with Dynamic Trees, but mushrooms have to be harvested with Silk Touch to drop their logs. Allowing the giant mushrooms from Dynamic Trees to drop their logs without Silk Touch when Enhanced Mushrooms is installed is probably all that needs to be done support-wise.
