Publishing NPM package fails: 413 Request Entity Too Large

Hi! I beg everyone's pardon in advance if I ask something obvious and foolish - I'm quite new to Github Packages.
We are trying to publish NPM package with yarn changeset publish command.
It worked until today, when we got the error below:

🦋  error npm notice Publishing to https://npm.pkg.github.com/ with tag dev and restricted access
🦋  error npm ERR! code E413
🦋  error npm ERR! 413 Request Entity Too Large - PUT https://npm.pkg.github.com/@organisation%2fpackage-name- package size is too large: 282071924 bytes, max size allowed is 268435456 bytes

I couldn't find anywhere, what are exact limits of using NPM package registry in documentation, can someone point me in the right direction or give an answer here?

So my questions are:

• What are exact limits for pushing/storing NPM packages? (If we convert the value from error message, we get exactly 256 Mb)
• Can I find it anywhere in documentation? Would be nice to have some additional points in discussions within team :)
• Can it be increased/overrided temporary somehow?

Free users have a monthly storage and data transfer limit of 500MB and 1GB respectively, after which the storage/transfer limit would be blocked per your spending limit of $0.

Thank you, but my question was about size limits for pushing a single package.

I couldn't find the answer in provided docs
