List popup still hovers over screen while switching pages

I don't know if this is already reported but to make sure it is. The list feature still hovers over the screen even when you switch to other pages. I don't even know why you can interact with the background in the first place when you have the popup open but that is a thing apparently.

I tried searching for similar topics but first time I am doing this, so I might have overlooked it.
