Hi Translators!

In PR #4580 I've reorganised / expanded all the help text for neomutt -h.

We're still fine-tuning the wording and your input is welcomed.

If there's anything that isn't clear, or hard to translate, let me know.

I'm happy with the wording, now.
Unless I've overlooked something stupid, the text won't change.

I don't have a release planned, so there's absolutely no rush.

There are 117 new translations (sorry :-) but they're all pretty simple.

There are six sections in total:

• Help overview (neomutt -h)
• Shared options (neomutt -h shared)
• Help options (neomutt -h help)
• Info options (neomutt -h info)
• Send options (neomutt -h send)
• TUI options (neomutt -h tui)

The overview consists of short descriptions of all the options.
The detail sections are more verbose and give examples.

Besides the help text, there are also <parameters> and filenames that may be translated.
