Unable to make a concat workflow to work: No video stream available

Dear Opencast experts,

I'm trying to create a very simple workflow that concatenates 3 videos (intro, main, outro). However, I don't manage to make it work and I always get the following on the logs:

I tried with different video files, but the result is always the same, so the files look correct.

My guess is that there is something wrong with the definition of the workflow I'm not aware of. Maybe can somebody point out what am I doing wrong? :)
