Omit Template Output in Nuclei Scan but Still Use It

I am using Nuclei to fetch a bearer token dynamically and use it in scans. However, even after using the -omit-template option, the token output still appears in the scan results. My goal is to use the template internally for authentication but prevent it from displaying its output in the final results.
Issue:

The template (bearer-token.yaml) still outputs the extracted bearer token despite using -omit-template.
I want Nuclei to use this template for authentication but not show the token in the results.

Is there a way to use a template but suppress its output entirely while keeping it active for authentication? Any guidance would be appreciated!

@Lisabhas pseudo template with nuclei cmd to run would be useful to understand the context, can you share the same?
