Hey all, its been a while since Discussions has been available for public repos and I think now is as good of time as any to create a Discussions page for our little rocm-arch community. This will primarily serve us for:

• asking any questions (I mean ANY questions, I want people to be able to be open and not afraid to ask "dumb" questions)
• sharing ideas (if you have a feature request then feel free to post the idea here first before it is formalized into an issue)
• engage with other community members (things like:

  hey I use GPU XXX and have YYY problem. Has anyone else come across this and know how to fix/workaround it?

We'll also move question based issues or issues that are not well defined into discussions. I hope this facilitates conversions, de-clutters issues from build issues/help threads, and provides more knowledge dissemination in the community.
