KafkaConnector doesn't create topic when applied

Hey!
I have a problem that KafkaConnector (debezium postgres) doesn't create a topic when the connector manifest is applied. It is waiting a new element in the table and It is not proper for me, because services restart all the time. Do you know any toggles or flags that I could use to create an empty topic immediately when the connector is applied

That seems more like a question on Debezium?

The Strimzi way to solve this is of course that you can create a KafkaTopic CR for the Topic Operator together with the connector. But you would need to know what config plans Debezium to use etc. So solving this at the Debezium level is probably better.
