Missing option for complete custom URL

The library only provides possibility to set custom base URL, but not complete - eg. version or query params.
There is no option to use URL like example.openai.azure.com/openai/deployments/three/chat/completions?api-version=2024-01-01.

This missing feature is also skipped in the "Comparison With Other Packages" table.

Tried even to deploy a model called "v1", since it's hardcoded on this project, but there is no way for the dev to insert the query parameter.
