Feature Summary

Exchanging Messages and responses on Tickets. This project will require both UI and backend work to create the features that make up the core function of osTicket.

This project should start off with Mockups that are discussed and redesigned as needed before coding.

  • Responses
  • Internal Notes
  • Alerts/Auto Responses
  • Create Ticket from a Message/Response
    • Reference a message or response as the first post on a new Ticket
  • Create Task from a Message/Response
  • Add a Canned Response to the Ticket
    • We should be able to search for keywords in Canned Response title
