Running yarn run package-win errors out

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

  1. checkout dev, run yarn, followed by yarn run package-win

gist with debug output

let's build for all platforms!

  • Yarn version: 1.17.0
  • Version or Branch used : dev
  • Operating System and version : OS X Mojave 10.14.5
