W25Q128FW is an interesting example where the SOIC-8 version has three separate functions for pin 7:

HOLD# when QE=0 and HOLD/RST (Status-Register-3[7]) = 0 (power-on default)
RESET# when QE=0 and HOLD/RST (Status-Register-3[7]) = 1
I/O3 in QSPI mode (QE=1)
