How to specify a project's steward #106

As discussed in an issue in our Global Cybersecurity Policy working group, we are likely going to need a way for projects to specify their "steward" as defined in the EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA). Would this be an appropriate topic to bring to this forum?

Yeah, that's a great idea!

We could probably just add a field to the project object.
