Mark plus/minus points

My sister told me that some people from the gym wanted a feature that would allow them to see the plus and/or minus points their marks give them.
This has to do with double compensation, e.g. 0.5 mark points below 4 are one negative point, 0.5 mark points above 4 are 0.5 positive points.

We need to discuss whether this fits anywhere in the application since it's a pretty specific feature. This would have a high business value though.

This is a nice feature, and I think there are multiple institutions that practice such a scooring system.
The thing is that not everyone might know and use it.
Therefore I think it should be deactivatable or customizable. I have to admit that I have no specific idea for the implementation of the customising thingy
