There is no way to disable it.

you can remove the entire OnGUI method from the source code and recompile the mod

If you install the "Cheat and Debug Menu" mod, you can show or hide the game GUI with "F1" and I noticed that it did, in fact, toggle off/on the "CheatsMod" build in the bottom left.
