Prefill origin url field with "https://ourworldindata.org"

Core problem

When creating new charts, we need to write the entire text https://ourworldindata.org for the "origin url" field. This doesn't take much time, though it could be annoying when creating multiple charts.

Proposed solution

Prefill this field so we can only write the topic page URL or article when needed. It should not be fixed, as there are charts with non-OWID URLs (CORE Econ)
