A mission statement will be a guiding light for us. In addition to creating a mission statement lets also establish a formal Code of Conduct.

Since we have become a organisation not just a casual society, so now these things are important. Almost every serious organisation has both of these.

"Circumstances are beyond human control, but our conduct is in our own power."

Its a good idea to have a completely established organisation, with proper Code of Conduct and proper functioning.

Let's all propose some code of conduct , also there must be some already provided by Mozilla Campus Club as well. We can combine them all to form a final draft.

I was actually going to open this issue but thanks @nawedx for doing it for me. Yes, @arijeetsat I completely agree with you we need all sorts of documents to decide our future direction and Code of Conduct. Plus we also need Contributing guides, PR and Issue templates and we need to have a discussion about the licences that our different projects will use.

I will open separate issues for each soon.

Yup. I urge you all to read up on this. Its very much in line with what we as a club want to do. Check out the links to know more

We want more people to see themselves as citizens of the web. The Mozilla Learning Network offers programs and a global community dedicated to helping people learn the most important skills of our age: the ability to read, write and participate in the digital world.
