Add/remove points to a specific warning

Not super important, but might be nice to have something like /removepoints but editing a specific warning instead, and /addpoints to add more points to a warning. Especially the latter, sometimes the warning mod or perhaps another mod thinks more points would have been justified but we usually don't bother double warning to "correct" it.
