DLL Release?

Is there any chance you could do an official release of a precompiled DLL? There are a couple of projects I'd like to use this library on, but since it's old enough that getting the existing build script to run is a bit of a pain on my machine, I've resorted to just copying the source wholesale and adding a note to the effect of "all credit to palladin" to CoreTypes.fs, which I'd kinda prefer not to do. If there's a file on the github, Paket can be directed to simply download and use that file instead of trying to build it itself.
